Our strongest pressure massage to relieve muscle tension and lactic acid build up from sports. This is a firm, results based massage, rather than being relaxation focused.

We’ve combined elements from our most loved body treatments in this 90 minute massage, by blending elements of Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy and Pressure Point Massage.
Our massage therapists will discuss your needs and wants from the treatment before allowing you to choose from one of three Aromatherapy oil blends, which will be used throughout the ritual and tailored to your mood.

THE MAMMA MASSAGE
A deeply relaxing full body massage to reduce maternity stress on the body by stimulating blood circulation, lightening legs, reducing lower body water retention and relieving tension. This massage uses safe pre-natal techniques to relax the whole body as well as your beautiful bump.
Please note - we are only able to treat pregnant ladies after the first trimester and 12 week scan. If you are classed as a ‘high risk’ pregnancy please consult your doctor before booking a treatment.

THE REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT
